[Easy English Blog] TV appearance

Last week, I was on TV. I was on NHK, the national broadcaster in Japan. The interview was about my book which won the 2020 Language Learner Literature Award.

The show was live, so I was quite nervous! Also, the interview was in Japanese. When the show finished, many people sent me messages to say that they had seen me on TV.

I was nervous about doing the interview, but actually, I enjoyed it. It was a good experience. It was my first time in a TV studio. It was interesting to see the staff working and to watch the announcers. I hope I have the chance to experience it again!
